Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The word reiki is made up of two Japanese words: “Rei” which means God’s wisdom or the Higher Power and “Ki” which means life’s energy force. So Reiki means spiritually guided life force energy. This workshop will include knowledge of the energy centers called the Chakras, grounding energy techniques, self-healing for yourself and healing for others including pets. We all have healing hands. Come learn this wonderful healing practice called Reiki. Guided Meditation Included. Certification and attunement in Reiki I will be given in this class.
